Manufacturer's Lifetime Warranty

Phylrich International warrants that its products and their finish are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the fixture.

With respect to accessories or component assemblies which are not manufactured by Phylrich International, the warranty obligation of Phylrich International shall not exceed the warranty extended to Phylrich International by the original manufacturer of such accessory component.

This warranty only applies to the original owner only and is not transferable.

What is NOT Covered:

• Damage caused by accident, negligence, misuse abuse improper operation or failure to follow care instructions enclosed with your product.
  
• Damage occurring during shipment of the product (claims must be presented to the carrier)
  
• Damage resulting from repait or attempt to repair the product not authorized by Phylrich International.
  
• Normal wear and maintenance.
  
• Labor charges for removal and reinstallation expenses
  
• Freight charges to and from Phylrich International.

What you must do to obtain Warranty Service:

All warranty claims must be processed where the product was purchased. You are responsible to produce a proof of purchase. Product shipped must be packaged securely. You are responsible for any shipping damage.

This limited warranty does not assume liability for any obligation other than in the repair or replacement of the defective product upon presentation thereof to Phylrich International during the warranty period. Phylrich International will not be liable in any way for any contingent liability or incidental or consequential damages resulting from the sale, delivery, or use of its products.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDED ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS, AND OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF PHYLRICH INTERNATIONAL WHICH MAY EXIST UNDER ANY LAW, DECREE, OR REGULATION OF ANY APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranties and the above limitations may not, therefore, apply to you.

Some states do not allow exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, and the above limitations or exclusion may, therefore, not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

This warranty covers product installed in the 48 continental states and Canadian provinces bordering on the United States.
