Delta Machinery 6" Belt / 12" Disc Finishing Machine - 31-735A

Delta Industrial Model 31-735A 6" Belt/12" Disc Finishing Machine with a 1 1/2 HP, 240V 60 Hz., 3450 rpm single phase TEFC motor and push-button switch includes two tilting tables, 4 1/2" arbor pulley, guard for arbor pulley, V-belt, 80-grit aluminum oxide belt and 50-grit aluminum oxide disc.

• Handles 90 to 95% of all your finishing operations.
• 4" dust port can be used with 5 micron bag provided or can be attached to a standard 4" dust collection system.
• Integrated mobile base for ease of mobility.
• Powered by a heavy-duty, 1 1/2 HP, TEFC motor.
• Offers the right speeds-2100 rpm for disc unit and 3030 fpm for the belt unit-making it well suited for both metal and wood shops.
• Belt operates at any angle-vertically, horizontally or any degree in between.
• Power take-off spindle for mounting pneumatic sanding drums, abrasive flap wheels, buffing wheels, flexshaft and other accessories to handle a wide variety of extra jobs.
• Large tables are scientifically ribbed to prevent distortion.
• Belt table tilt up to 45 degrees out and 20 degrees in, disc table tilts 45 degrees out for angle finishing operations.
• Special sliding pivot pine incorporated in the disc sander table facilitates circle sanding up to 24" diameter and a full 48" with accessory table extension.
