This is simply the best microwave I have ever used period. The blue interior is cool and everyone likes how sleek this appliance looks. The buttons on the bottom are the only way microwaves should come. I do not know how this micorwave does it, but it reaheats food and cooks popcorn perfectly. Way to go LG!

Wouldn't buy again.

I bought this item primarily because I thought it would be a good match to the LG refrigerator I just bought. Unfortunately the digital displays are different colors. Not a big deal but you would think that matching appliances would have matching displays.
This micro is suprisingly loud when on and the vent hood makes a loud transformer like hum in all but it's highest setting. As good as the fridge is I expected more.

Took several hours to get it installed but the directions were clear and step by step. Microwave does an awesome job and will allow you to do so much, it can be overwelling at first.

We are very satisfied with this particular microwave. It looks very sleek, classy and different from others and that is why we chose this design. We love hidden fan and all the buttons at the bottom instead of a side. Blue interior makes it extra special. I also noticed how I clean the inside of it a lot less than my other microwave that we had and I think it is because this micro heats up more evenly and food doesn't splatter. I am so pleased and happy with it!

Very attractive, user-friendly unit. Don't like the fact that it's noisy when it first starts and noisy when it cycles. Not sure if this is because of it's design or because of the, uh, installer. Would recommend that some sort of insulating material be placed behind the unit before attaching it to the wall. Very powerful. Does a great job of heating foods. A cup of water will boil in less than a minute and 45 seconds.
