20 years ago I had purchased my first low flow toilet for the main bathroom, and for 20 years I dealt with clogs 2 to 3 times per week I can't believe the difference....no clogs whatsoever and it is quieter than the one it replaced....I also find that the height difference is a plus over the old low one piece that it replaced!!

Excellent toilet. Consumers Reports rated this highly and everything they touted was correct. It is a quiet but yet powerful flush. The extra height is an attractive feature for middle-aged people. Evertone commnets on the additional height.

This unit is the most used toilet in the home. Love the higher 17" seat height. Powerful and efficient flush. Everyone is glad to have this toilet back in use!

My only complaint, and it's VERY MINOR, is the fact the tank top is slightly curved, so if you're used to putting things on top of tank (e.g., kleenex, deodorizer), you have to be aware, it's not a totally flat surface. Other than that, I love it.

This is my fourth Eljer Titan Toilet for my four bathroom house. Very easy flush for a low flow toilet. Nothing negative so far.

We researched this product quite a bit before purchasing. We examined Consumer Reports, looked at Eljer and competitor videos, and went to home improvement stores. We even tried out a competitor's competing product at a business office (yes we used the office bathroom). However, we concluded the Eljer Titan is really as good as the press/marketing. [...] and checked the product out for about four months before we bought five in biscuit color from Absolute Home for our new house. The 17" is nice, because we're not squating as much (I'm 5ft, 10in and my wife is 5ft, 4in). We like the elongated for personal body fit, bowl size/cleaning. My 13 year-old son is very discriminating and even he like it. [...]
Absolute Home sent our first one with the bowl being the wrong color; they sent me a FedEx ground prepay mailing sticker promptly and were never trouble; the one sale and one customer service person were very helpful.

I have a septic system. When I added Ridex in my old toilets I would have to flush 4 or 5 times to get all the flakes down. With the Titan, one flush got 99% of the flakes down and the rest were gone in the second flush. Also, the flushes are very quick and only take 2 seconds!

Although this is more expensive than many basic toilets, it's well worth the extra money to have the added height, xtra large footprint (so it covers older toilet marks on floor) and the high velocity flush valve. I wish I could afford to purchase a second one for the family bath.

My entire family is extremely pleased with this Eljer Titan toilet - it does a better job of flushing than our old 3 gallon toilet - even the plumber was impressed by it's performance! I decided to buy the Titan after reading it's review in Consumer Reports[...]. Highly recommend [...]!

Not particularly stylish, but good at what it does if you know what I mean and I think you do.
Solid piece, very strong flush. Suggest you plug the hole they put in the side of the flapper for vastly superior flush to stock with the hole.
