I needed to replace the Insinkerator HOT-1 that died after 2 1/2 years (don't buy it). I spent the extra money for this one and it is worth the difference(better materials and sturdier) Easy to install. Buy this one!
Fast Delivery---ordered on Monday---delivered on Friday!! Well packed! Good communication on delivery progress! Would buy again from these guys.

Easy to install. Everything needed was included. Silent operation. Has worked well for the first month. I really enjoy not having to wait the 5 or 10 minutes for the teapot to heat up for my tea and other hot water needed foods. If I find I'm not using it frequently or go on vacation, will unplug to save on energy. It's very attractive. Could become a necessity!
Delivery was very prompt, just a few days. Arrived in perfect condition in a large box with the unopened original manufacturers box well packed inside. The web site was clear; the ordering process was clear; I didn't need to use customer service.

The H-WAve instantly dispenses hot water smoothly and quietly and, unlike other dispensers I have owned, the temperature is adjustable. The graceful design is easy to use and looks like my kitchen faucet's little sister.

This instant hot is very easy to install. The hardest part was making the hole in the counter top. Once that was done, the hook up was a breeze. Easy to follow instructions with pictures. I was up and running in no time.
Only complaint was that the copper pipes that extend from the faucet was curved to fit the package (box) and you have to carefully bend them back to get them straight again. Otherwise, very solid construction.

Received the product as scheduled but when the plumber went to hook it up the plastic tubing was too short because they didn't allow for the granite counter thickness now a new part has to be made plus the expense of the plumber's extra time. Not happy.
