The pan arrived in a huge box filled with those hated styrofoam peanuts. Luckily, a mailing company will take the peanuts for re-use. It could have been sent in a much smaller box. The pan heats quickly and evenly and makes great grill marks on the food. I bought it for the grill marks so I could cook like Rachel Ray on the Food Channel. It is very tough to clean, however. I understand cleaning will get easier as the pan is seasoned more. Overall, I am very pleased with the pan.

Allows you to pan grill your steaks, chicken, vegetables or virtually anything else that you would normally cook on your outdoor grill. You get the grill marks and reduced fat because the food is elevated in the pan by the ridges. I prefer it to a "George Foreman" type cooker.I was also very pleased with the quality [...]
