This under counter water chiller was very easy to install, although it was replacing an older unit so we already had the water lines in place. The water is consistently cold and the flow rate is good. We also have an in-line filter, so the water quality is great!

Good Product--Terrible Seller

Noise, Slow Pour

A bit too much noise when the compressor runs. Stated measurements are slightly wrong (it barely fit under my tight sink). My RO system uses 3/8" tubing and the chiller uses 1/4" which makes for a small drop in pressure at the outlet. All in all, however, the product does what is says and makes lots of cold water.
